I am a fifth year Ph.D. student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at UCSD. I work in the area of VLSICAD and my advisor is Prof. Andrew B. Kahng. Prior to joining UCSD, I completed my undergraduate in Computer Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
My research interests lie in the area of VLSI and I find most of the challenges faced by the silicon industry interesting. Specifically, I am interested in Design For Manufacturing (DFM) techniques and process variability. I am also interested in modeling and reduction of power.
When not working, I enjoy maintaining and driving my Nissan 300ZX.
